BASED ON THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADMINISTRATIVE AND COMMERCIAL PROCESSES IN ORDER TO MEET OUR CUSTOMERS’ REQUIREMENTS, TO ENSURE A LEADING POSITION IN THE MARKET AND TO MAINTAIN REASONABLE LEVELS OF PROFITABILITY OF THE COMPANY.
In order to achieve these objectives we must:
- Keep the company’s economic and financial results under continuous review so as to ensure the necessary resources for its operation together with the maintenance of the Quality System, to preserve the labor source and shareholders’ capital.
- Implement and maintain a Quality Assurance System in line with the requirements offered to our customers.
- Verify that the Quality Policy is read, understood and accepted by company staff as well as by all our suppliers of raw materials and services.
- Any form of discrimination in violation of constitutional principles, fully accepted and exercised by our Management, is absolutely rejected in both internal and external company relations.
- Maintain and continuously improve the working environment where business activities are carried out.
- Maintain an updated technology level in processes and machinery.
- Commit ourselves before our Society to complying with tax and pension obligations and developing our activities taking into account environmental preservation and safety regulations.
- Continuously assess company members’ training requirements in order to provide them with the necessary tools to achieve continuous improvement.
- Raise awareness about the need to preserve the environment and safety at work.
