DALFILM S.A. IS A COMPANY ENGAGED IN PROCESSING AND PROVIDING THE MARKET WITH SIMPLE AND COMPOUND FILMS SPECIFICALLY AIMED AT THE PLASTICS AND FLEXIBLE PACKAGING INDUSTRIES.
We were born in 1989, and, since then, our basic principles have been based on entrepreneurial beliefs greatly allocating time and resources to product quality, customer service, environmental protection, working conditions, efficiency and a reasonable profitability/ investment relationship. We belong to and feel part of the group of small and medium-sized companies in our market in our country.
Since our birth, business organization has taken an important place for the company’s development and growth - industrial, commercial and operational activities have multiplied through the implementation of increasingly efficient and reliable administrative systems.
Customer service, care and quality product delivery in a timely manner meeting all requested requirements are basic points acknowledged by our customers as the main distinctive features of our company.
Being aware of the globalized market’s demands, DALFILM S.A.’s Management has adopted the ISO 9000 standard’s guidelines for its Quality Assurance System as a tool to enable and enhance our market spread as suppliers.
Completing the quality system, we have adapted our operating sector to the GMP standards’ recommendations, and we are directing all our activities towards the ISO 14000 environmental protection standard. In this regard, and considering the supplying sector to which we belong, we are the sole company having these features.
As regular suppliers of the medical laboratory industry, the ongoing quality audits received continuously open the way to bringing about continuous improvement, thus being aligned with the requirements imposed by such a highly demanding market.
