CUTTING AND TRIMMING SERVICE

Due to the increasingly frequent material cutting requirement by our customers, we have a production team committed to serving them. Cutting services comprise materials having different features and origins. Widths range from 35 mm to 2000 mm, thicknesses from 10 microns to 400 microns, and output coils up to 650-mm diameter.

REWINDING SERVICE

Similarly to cutting services, our equipment can rewind products when they do not meet the requirements demanded by our customers, such as: wrong winding, damaged material, incorrect direction or orientation, deficient tension, etc. Given the versatility of our equipment, we can process a wide variety of volumes.

ANALYSIS SERVICE

We make our expertise and state-of-the-art laboratory available to our customers.
Some of the equipment we have is:

• Natural convection and forced convection ovens with customized temperature programs.
To measure dimensional stability (contractions).

• Sealing simulator.
In which the three critical variables in every sealing can be programmed (time, temperature and pressure).

• Electronic dynamometer.
To analyze virgin or already converted samples.

• Power factor meter.
To measure friction coefficients.

Bank Shear.
To assess cohesion in adhesives.

• Smear Equipment.
To analyze adhesives and inks on films.

• Analytical scales.
To determine performance, adhesive and ink loads.

• Gas Phase Chromatography (GC).
To determine residual solvents.

• On Printing Line
Assisting our customers in the correct application and use of our materials. At the bottom of the printing machine we convey use features and the conditions necessary for the use of different types of inks, systems and cutting and die cutting design.

In order to set the optimum operating conditions of packaging machines.

• On Blister Line
In order to set the optimum machine operating conditions to obtain the right forming of the alveoli.
